Service Description

Designed to help young athletes focus on developing their running endurance and their ability to move quickly and easily. 16 Spots only across 2 classes- Wednesdays 5.15-6.00pm and 6.00-6.45pm (athletes can only signed up to times from previous term/contact Duncan on 0478592758 or if looking to change times or if you are not currently in the program) Eleven-Week Term. First session 7th February and last one on 10th April 2024 Lead trainer will be Duncan Prior who works for both NWTA and ManageHealth. Duncan will also be mentored by Peter Annis-Brown, Experienced and credentialed Exercise Professional and strength and conditioning coach.
